Wasfaty Initiatives

Home Delivery

This initiative was launched during the period of curfew in the cities of the Kingdom to provide medicine to beneficiaries in their homes by contacting customer service, especially during a complete curfew in some cities where it may be difficult to obtain medicine for the elderly, chronically ill and people with disabilities.

eRx Delivery

This initiative is represented in providing a service for delivering prescriptions to quarantine inmates, so that the treating physician in quarantine can write the prescription electronically through the Wasfaty service system after diagnosing the patient in order to improve health care services provided to patients and ensure the continuity of treatment.

Refill eRx

An initiative to enable the beneficiary to communicate with Wasfati customer service center so that the work team, in turn, communicates with the treating physician to review the patient’s file and reissue the prescription so that he can receive the medication from the community pharmacies participating in the service without the need to visit the primary health care center or the hospital.
